We use DHL, Fedex & ParcelForce for courier services. The courier used would depend on the availability in your country or region, please contact us beforehand if you would like to confirm the service used.
- We dispatch orders everyday Monday-Friday.
- Our cut-off time for same day dispatch is 3PM.
- Any orders placed after 3PM will be sent on the following day.
- Any orders placed after 3PM on a Friday will be sent on the following Monday.
- Orders are not dispatched on UK Bank Holidays. Any orders placed on a UK Bank Holiday will be sent the next working day.
- All estimated delivery times are based on the dispatch date. (e.g if an order is placed on Saturday with Special Delivery, it would be dispatched on Monday, and delivered Tuesday).
- In the unlikely event of any issues with the delivery please contact us and we will help to resolve.
- If you have received an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and keep the original packaging.
- If you have not received your item on time, please contact us and we will open an enquiry with the courier. On rare occasions there can be delays which are outside of our control, but if an item has been lost you will always be refunded. We would consider an item lost if the tracking shows that the item has not been delivered within:
- UK – 10 working days from date of dispatch.
- International – 28 working days from date of dispatch.
- International (Non-UK) orders may be subject to customs duty. Please check with your local authority to confirm.
