Warranty & Returns
We accept returns on all products regardless of whether the phone is faulty or if you have just changed your mind. Our returns window is 31 days from the date of purchase. All returns are processed the same day we receive them. So you will not be waiting around for a refund/replacement.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. PLEASE REMOVE ANY PIN LOCKS, DATA OR ACCOUNTS FROM THE PHONE BEFORE RETURNING. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT A RETURN UNLESS THIS IS DONE BEFOREHAND.
RETURNING AN ITEM IF YOU’VE CHANGED YOUR MIND
Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 31 days of your order if you change your mind about an item. We will provide return details for you to return for your choice of a full refund or replacement. The cost of return postage for change of mind returns will be covered by the customer.
RETURNING A FAULTY ITEM
Please e-mail email@example.com within 31 days of your order if you notice your item has a fault. We will provide a free tracked label for you to return the item for your choice of a full refund or replacement.
